Weavers and loom operators - 2017 Job Position Fullfilled - May 2016

Job Description
We are seeking experienced Weavers and loom operators, to join our Weaving department at all levels. We are looking for candidates to have excellent fabric and yarns knowledge. The candidate must be a team player and be able to communicate effectively with other team members. Awareness of correct fabric qualities and common faults is essential along with good understanding of health and safety practices. As knowledge will be transferred to the candidate they too must be comfortable passing knowledge on to others.

The Successful Applicant
Must have experience working on looms within a textile production area , preferably rapier looms. You will be comfortable working as part of a team but have the ability to make operational decisions when required.

What's on Offer
Competitive salary packages depending on skills and experience. Up to 33 days Holiday per year. The Weaving operation is based around a 3-shift system 24hrs, 5 days a week, with associated shift allowances. (Fixed nights is optional). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build their career within this expanding family owned business. Training provided internally. Assistance with relocation maybe considered.
